Dr. Timothy Jordan
Owner / Veterinarian
With over 35 years of experience in veterinary medicine and more than 4,000 orthopedic surgical procedures performed, Dr. Timothy Jordan brings extensive knowledge, surgical expertise, and a lifelong commitment to improving the lives of animals.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jordan has worked with both large and small veterinary practices and has owned and operated several veterinary hospitals. His leadership has focused on modernizing veterinary care, expanding access to services, and ensuring practices continue to meet the evolving needs of their communities.
Dr. Jordan has a particular passion for veterinary surgery and has pursued advanced training to continually refine his surgical skills and techniques. Having performed more than 4,000 orthopedic procedures, he brings valuable experience to the diagnosis and treatment of complex orthopedic conditions, as well as a wide range of soft tissue surgical needs.
Through Affordable Veterinary Surgery, Dr. Jordan remains dedicated to helping pets receive high-quality surgical care while providing pet owners and referring veterinarians with knowledgeable guidance, practical treatment options, and compassionate support.
Dr. Rebecca Goldbach
DVM
Dr. Goldbach grew up in Chapel Hill, NC but has lived in Raleigh for many years and loves the area. She received her Bachelors in Biology and Animal Science, then received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University. Dr. Goldbach has a special interest and passion for surgery, especially orthopedic surgery. She has received formal training alongside board certified surgeons in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery and has performed these techniques with great success. She has always made an effort to provide affordable surgical options to pet owners and loves working with them throughout the recovery process. Since obtaining her veterinary degree, she has practiced for several years in general practice and emergency while building her surgical skills.
When Dr. Goldbach is not in the OR, she loves to spend time with her friends and family in the area. She enjoys taking trips to the beach during her weekends off. Her passions include traveling, cycling, running and cooking. Dr. Goldbach has three rescue dogs named Finley, Hudson and Apollo along with one cat, Mufasa.
Dr. Spencer Ellis
Medical Director
Dr. Ellis has had a passion for helping animals for as long as he can remember. In high school and college, he worked as a veterinary technician, and in 2014 graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine.
Keeping true to his passion for helping animals, Dr. Ellis has served on multiple mission trips to underserved areas of the country. He has also pursued his interest in internal medicine, radiology, soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Ellis lives with his wife Catherine in Statesville. They have two dogs, Calie and Dixie, and a cat, Jasmine. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Daniel Norris
DVM
Dr. Daniel Norris brings a diverse background in veterinary medicine, a strong educational foundation, and a genuine passion for caring for animals. Originally from Midland, North Carolina, he graduated from Mount Pleasant High School before attending North Carolina State University, where he earned three Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science, Biology, and History, along with a Master’s degree in Animal Science.
He continued his education at Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2017. War Eagle!
Dr. Norris began his veterinary career in mixed animal practice, gaining valuable experience in both medicine and surgery while treating a wide variety of species. His diverse clinical background allows him to approach veterinary care with a well-rounded perspective, emphasizing thoughtful treatment plans and the individual needs of each patient.
At Fairview Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Norris is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive veterinary care and building lasting relationships with the pets and families he serves.
While attending NC State, Dr. Norris met his wife, Tara. Together, they have two children, Rosalee and Oliver. Outside of veterinary medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading presidential biographies, and sharing his love of music. He is also the Director of Fusion Percussion, where he enjoys teaching and mentoring musicians.
Dr. Christen Ragle
DVM / Veterinary Dental Practitioner
Dr. Christen Ragle believes that every pet deserves to live a happy, healthy, and comfortable life, and she is passionate about helping make that possible through compassionate, personalized veterinary care.
A 2015 graduate of St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Ragle has developed extensive experience in several areas of veterinary medicine, including internal medicine, dermatology, soft tissue surgery, and veterinary dentistry.
Her passion for dentistry has become a defining part of her veterinary career. As a Certified Veterinary Dental Practitioner, Dr. Ragle is dedicated to improving pets’ oral health, relieving dental discomfort, and helping pet owners understand the importance of dental care in their pets’ overall well-being.
Through her involvement with Elevate Pet Dentistry, Dr. Ragle is helping make comprehensive veterinary dental care more accessible and affordable for pets and their families. She understands that dental procedures can feel overwhelming for pet owners and takes pride in explaining treatment options, answering questions, and developing individualized care plans.
Whether she is performing a dental procedure, managing a medical condition, or helping a pet owner navigate treatment decisions, Dr. Ragle strives to create a welcoming environment built on trust, communication, and compassionate care.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Ragle can often be found cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, traveling, or enjoying time at the lake or beach. At home, she shares her life with her two beloved dogs, Betsy, a Newfoundland, and Hattie, a Bernese Mountain Dog.
Dr. Brandy Francis
DVM
Dr. Brandy Francis is a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian who believes that exceptional veterinary care begins with strong relationships between pets, their families, and their veterinary team.
Originally from Ohio, Dr. Francis pursued her passion for veterinary medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the Caribbean, beginning her studies in 2016. She completed her clinical training at The Ohio State University in 2019 before beginning her career in small animal medicine at a private veterinary practice near her hometown of Wintersville, Ohio.
Since joining Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital, Dr. Francis has continued to build meaningful relationships with clients and their pets, providing personalized care with an emphasis on communication, education, and preventive medicine.
Dr. Francis has a particular interest in senior and geriatric pet care, dermatology, cytology, and wellness medicine. Having cared for senior pets of her own, she understands the importance of helping aging animals remain comfortable, active, and happy throughout their golden years.
She is also passionate about staying current with advancements in veterinary medicine and believes that educating pet owners is an essential part of helping their companions live longer, healthier lives.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Francis enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and exploring new beaches. She especially loves boat tours and finding new coastal destinations. She also enjoys staying active through Zumba and fitness classes.
At home, Dr. Francis loves spending time with her three dogs and cat, who keep her busy and remind her every day why she loves veterinary medicine.
